This is a beautiful dress from Honeys. The top is made of chiffon, and the skirt has a tweed-like design with glitter, making it very cute. I've included a photo (second image) that shows the sparkly, glittery fabric of the skirt. It can be worn for various occasions such as entrance ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, school entrance ceremonies, office casual wear, formal events, and other ceremonies.
