This is a set of an iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation, 64GB) and an Apple Pencil (2nd generation). No box, no charger, just the main unit. As shown in the photos, the iPad has scratches on the four corners of the back (photo + 2 other places) and scratches on the back. There are no issues with the operation.
