I will ship these items together in one sleeve. If you wish, I can include one regular edition CD (without trading card or serial number). If you choose to include the CD, I will ship it directly via Yu-Packet Post Mini without any bubble wrap or other protection. In this case, it will be an anonymous delivery, so please consult with me in the comments and purchase accordingly if you would like this option. After sleeving the items, I will reinforce one side with cardboard and place them in a waterproof bag for shipping. Please be aware that there is a possibility of initial scratches.
