British Army hospital jacket. JACKET HOSPITAL BLUE DRILL This is a cotton drill fabric, which is becoming less common. The shape is probably the same as the wool version, with four buttons, two pockets, and a center vent. It's a used condition with a worn feel, but there is no damage. There is some soiling and fading around the collar from wear. There is a stain on the inside of the right pocket (photo 8). The size is 5, which is about M to L.
