This is a set of LEGO Pirates series items, including a torso of a Marine (Bluecoat) and a set of 10 white epaulettes (shoulder boards). All items are genuine LEGO products. They were assembled and stored in a dark place. They are in relatively good condition, but please understand that they are used items before purchasing.
