This is a Ryukyu glass wine glass. My parents collected these over 20 years ago when they were single, and they've been sitting in the china cabinet at my parents' house. They were hardly used at my parents' house, but there may be some minor signs of use and scratches. I will clean them to some extent, but please be aware of this if you are sensitive to such things.
