This is a JBL Bluetooth neck speaker. I used it by connecting it to my PC and smartphone via Bluetooth. I thought it might be a novelty item, but in my subjective opinion, the sound quality is quite good. I fully charged it and it lasted for 5 hours of continuous use, but after 4 hours, a very loud battery warning sound would go off every 10 minutes or so. As you can see in the 8th image, the surface is fabric, so there are some stains that won't come off.
