This item has been stored at my parents' house for many years. It's a product from about 25 years ago, and the case and disc have fine scratches and dirt, and the instruction manual has dirt and discoloration. Also, one of the tabs inside the case is missing (see photo 11). I have confirmed that it works up to the title screen, but since it is an old product, it may not work depending on the condition of the main unit.
