Cook on a gas flame or in the oven, and serve directly at the table. Enjoy it piping hot. If there are leftovers, you can put the lid on and store them in the refrigerator. It's convenient because you can put it directly on the heat when preparing your next meal. They can be stacked for compact storage. ⚪︎ About handling the small pot set 1. Before using the small pot, put a small amount of cold rice and water up to about eight-tenths of the pot's capacity, and cook rice porridge slowly over low heat. This is for seasoning the pot. It also strengthens the pot. 2. After leaving it overnight, remove the porridge, wash it, and dry it thoroughly for about a full day before using it. Note that cracks will appear on the bottom of the pot when used, but this will not affect its use. If water leaks, repeat steps 1 and 2. ⭐︎ Other Important Notes ・Do not put the pot on the heat while the bottom is wet. Wipe it well before use. ・Adjust the flame so that it only touches the bottom of the pot, and the flames do not reach the rim of the pot. ・Never use it for empty frying or deep-frying (tempura, etc.). This is very dangerous and can cause it to break. ・Do not leave it submerged in water for a long time. ・Mold is likely to grow in humid conditions, so make sure to dry it completely before storing it. ・When food is burnt on, put water in it and let it sit for a while, then scrub it with a scrubbing brush to remove it easily.
