I bought this about five years ago and used it for about a year, but I haven't used it since switching to another arcade stick. The lever is a Sanwa silent lever. (I don't have the original Sanwa lever) The lever top has been changed from a ball to a bat-top. I have a spare silver ball-top. The eight buttons on the top panel have been replaced with Sanwa silent buttons. The cable has some fraying and lint. The top panel shows signs of use.
