This is a slide board made by FIELDOOR. It allows for training that replicates skating movements, making it ideal for lower body strengthening, core training, and aerobic exercise. Size: 240cm total length (a long type that can be used spaciously). Currently set to 180cm. Color: Black x Yellow Accessories: Dedicated shoe covers (left and right), outer box for storage. It was used a few times after purchase, and then stored in the box. The sliding surface has been cleaned with disinfectant wipes. There may be minor scuffs from use, but there is no major damage and it slides well. *If it doesn't slide well, you can lightly spray it with commercially available silicone spray for smoother use.
