“Royal Palace” Kensington Palace Crown Ornament Kensington Palace crown tree decoration The design of the decoration is based on the Imperial Crown of India, created in 1911 for George V to wear at the Delhi Durbar. The crown features emeralds, rubies, sapphires, 6,100 diamonds, and one large fine ruby. This ornament is wonderfully detailed and beautifully handcrafted using metal and silk threads on a cream-colored velour background with bubble padding.
