I purchased it at a vintage clothing store, but I've only worn it once. The tag has come off, so I don't know the brand or material, but I believe it's mainly cotton. The waist is fully elastic, and there is only one vertical seam, so you can wear it with your favorite pattern section in front. No lining, no pockets. Image 8 shows the embroidery from the back.
