This is the HOTONE OMNI AC acoustic simulator. I bought it to simulate a nylon-string guitar, but I no longer need it, so I'm selling it. It allows for very fine-grained tone adjustments. It has built-in features that are useful for acoustic guitar players. While in use, I may have moved presets or changed settings, so there may be parts that are not factory default.
