This is a shimekazari (New Year's decoration) featuring dried flowers in calming colors. It combines fluffy cotton flowers and red san-kirai berries. Removing the white ribbon separates the shimenawa (sacred straw rope) from the swag, allowing you to display the dried flowers as a swag after the New Year.
