I was able to confirm the EMS function along with the cooling. I have the instruction manual, but my Japanese is not very good, and I can barely read it. I've confirmed the effectiveness, as my thighs on both sides have slimmed by 1cm each with four workouts a week and dietary restrictions. Part of the box is torn. There are some scratches on the cooling part, but it doesn't affect usage. The belt is stretchable and about 75cm long. I haven't used the pinching device. Please refrain from purchasing if you are hesitant about used items. No anti-freeze sheets are included. Price negotiations and immediate purchase are possible.
