Purchased new 2-3 years ago and used for one child. Since it was for my second child, I used the hip seat frequently while carrying my older child, so there is a feeling of use. It came with a belt, so I could use it with both hands free, which was very helpful. There is a tear in the right pocket. Please consider if you are not concerned about this, and if you understand. I think it can still be used.
