The season is upon us when we start craving stews, pot-au-feu, simmered dishes, and oden. This pot is perfect for making delicious and comforting dishes, with excellent heat retention that allows you to cook slowly. I think it's the perfect size for a family, but it's a bit too large for me, so it's been sitting unused since I received it.
