This is only for the showerhead accessories. I was using an old showerhead, and it broke within the warranty period, so the manufacturer replaced it with the current model. I was told that some current models don't come with an adapter, and I kept this one. However, my house doesn't need an adapter, so I'm offering it to anyone who needs it. This is only for the accessories. I can also include the instruction manual in the blue box if you need it, but please note that I will remove the part with the serial number.
