I purchased this at a department store about a year ago and used it a few times. I'm selling it because the color didn't suit me, and I stopped using it. The photos show the product fully retracted, so there's more than 90% remaining. There is no outer box. I will wrap it in bubble wrap for shipping. Thank you.
