This is a genuine Leitz cable release, model 14067, from the Leitz era. I purchased it a while ago, and because of its excellent quality and beauty, I was hesitant to use it, opting instead for domestic cable releases. As you can see, it's barely been used and still shines. It should work with M-series Leicas, both film cameras and the current M11.
