I purchased and used this item three years ago. I had it overhauled two years ago. There are no scratches that affect its use, but there are minor scratches in various places. There are many scratches on the handle knob in particular. The operation is fine, and I don't think there is any grinding feeling or noise when reeling. The line is VARIVAS Avani 10x10, size 4, 300m.
