This is a Patagonia fleece vest. It has a different feel from the current models. I thought a vest would be wearable for longer than the size indicates. This is 18MOS, but my child wore it until they were 4 years old (my child was quite tall and slender). It's an old item, and my child loved using it. Please purchase only if you understand this. I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but it's quite old and has some pilling. Therefore, I've listed it as having some scratches and stains. Made in USA
