The chest area is gathered with elastic, but measurements are taken as is, without stretching. Please allow for some margin of error. Elastic is inserted around the neck and under the chest. The length of the elastic is as specified in the instructions, but the opening for the elastic is left open, so adjustment is possible. This design has no front or back. The sleeve openings are finished with a rolled hem. The woolly thread used for the rolled hem is sensitive to heat, so please avoid ironing it. A size tag with space for a name is attached to the inside side seam. This is a handmade item. There may be some imperfections such as re-sewing, uneven stitching, and slight distortions.
