Purchased new from Rakuten on December 25, 2025. Used only twice for about 10 minutes each time in the morning. I intended it as a Christmas present, but my pet Pacific parrotlet didn't like it and wouldn't go near it, so I'm very disappointed to be selling it. I will pack and ship it in the condition shown in image 3 + with the light cover neatly placed (image 4). I think it's a great product if the bird likes it. The temperature is low in winter, and it's difficult to sunbathe outside, so how about it for your cute pet bird!
