The exterior has no noticeable scratches or stains and is in good condition. The LCD screen has some noticeable scratches. *This is a junk item.* I tried plugging it in to charge, but the charging lamp did not light up, and it did not power on. It is unknown whether the problem is with the battery or the main unit. This is a junk item for the above reasons. I have taken photos to show the condition as clearly as possible.
