This is a genuine gold maki-e tansu (chest of drawers) by "Shunpo," a lacquer artist specializing in Aizu-nuri. It was stored at my grandmother's house, and as there are no signs of use, it is likely in unused condition. However, due to its age, there is some deterioration. I can measure the size if you'd like, but please understand that it will be a rough measurement. Please comment if you'd like me to do so. The sixth photo shows the bottom, which has some scratches.
