They have created warm, relaxed pants by combining their original dungaree-style fabric with a quilted lining of Teijin's far-infrared fiber, WARMAL. The elasticized cuffs prevent cold air from entering. Haruchi Textiles is committed to "Made in Japan" and "pre-dyed textiles," dyeing the yarn, warping, weaving, finishing, cutting, sewing, and finishing all in-house in Japan. Unlike "post-dyeing textiles" and "printed products," which are dyed after the fabric is woven, pre-dyed fabrics retain their color well and have a deep, rich color that becomes more appealing with use.
