I purchased these used, never used before, and I've used them about twice. The American size is 9. My child used these when they were in preschool, and their regular shoe size was 16cm. The skates fit perfectly, so I've listed them as 16cm. The box has some red pen markings, but I will ship them in the original box. The light blue piping is peeling off due to wear and tear.
