This is a dress my mother used to wear. The size is listed as M, but the tag says size 9. It's a long length, covering my 164cm knees. • There is no belt, but there are belt loops. I think you can fit a belt up to 5cm wide. • There is a lining, but it only goes down to the waist. • The elastic in the waist has stretched out due to age. • It has been dry cleaned, but there are stains and discoloration due to age.
