This is a tape cutter of the Catbus from My Neighbor Totoro. It's made of a hard material (ceramic?) and weighs about 500 grams. As shown in the image, the core part is broken, so it's been replaced with a wooden stick. Also, the cutter blade doesn't cut well in the middle, and it cuts more easily at the edges. Please be aware of this. Tape is also included, so you can use it right away, but you can also display it as interior decoration. It's a used item, so there is some wear and tear.
