My sister used this a few years ago (for lifeguarding in her student days) and no longer needs it, so I'm selling it on her behalf. I think it's in good condition. I don't know about water leakage. Please refer to the manufacturer's MS size for the sizing. It's been hung up for storage until a purchase is made. It will be folded for shipping.
