This is a Giardinelli trumpet mouthpiece, model 17M. This mouthpiece is gold-plated. It's a rare, old-stamped Giardinelli mouthpiece, and the size seems to be smaller than a Bach 12C. I think it's suitable for lead trumpet players and soloists who need high notes. You should be able to play in the high register with ease. It's a used item, but there are few scratches on the shank, and it appears to be in excellent condition with little sign of use. Please check the photos for details.
