The handle is a cheap one. It was overhauled when the clicker was installed. There are corresponding scratches, so please check the condition in the photos. Normal parts are also included, so you might consider returning it to its original state. The rotation is good, but depending on the line used, it can easily get line caught. 8lb nylon line is spooled. Please understand that this is a used item and no claims or returns are accepted.
