It is large and has the powerful Tokugawa family hollyhock crest. ・There is a maker's mark, but I can't read it (Photo 7, 8: 常○). ・I believe it was manufactured after the Meiji era. ・The cord appears to be made of shuro palm fiber, twisted and wrapped with cloth.
