Although not widely introduced in Japan, this is an ARM brand locking tuner, highly regarded overseas for its balance of price and quality. It's a screwless (no-screw) 2-pin type tuner, used on Fender Modern Stratocasters and similar guitars. This is a right-handed R6 (labeled as L by GOTO, etc.) chrome, brand new and unopened. Like Magnum Lock, you lock the strings by turning the dial on the back of the tuner. This model is compatible with a standard 10mm peg hole. Please refer to the images for detailed dimensions. In Japan, Musiclily is highly regarded as an alternative to GOTOH, but in terms of price, build quality, and functionality, this product feels like it sits between GOTOH (around 10,000 yen) and the Musiclily "Pro" series (around 4,000 yen). It will be sent unopened, in the manufacturer's vacuum-sealed packaging.
