It has an elastic waistband. The length is approximately 100cm at the longest point of the lace. The bonus apron is also from h.NAOTO, with a lovely musical note print and embroidery, perfect for adding volume to the skirt. The skirt has a tag, but it is folded, so please be aware of that.
