This is a plushie strap purchased during the 13th anniversary of Tokyo DisneySea. It's new with tags. It has been stored in a dark place, but there is some yellowing on the newspaper that Chip and Dale are holding (see photo 1). There are no other noticeable scratches, but the tag is made of paper, so there is some aging. Also, please understand that this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights. It will be lightly compressed in a zip-lock bag and shipped via anonymous Yu-Packet Post Mini. I can add more photos, so feel free to comment.
