This item was purchased and stored at home for a while. It has never been opened, but the clear cover has some scratches that look like white marks. They wouldn't come off even when wiped. I also took the cover off for the first time, and there are some very minor scratches on the cover itself. There are also "Help Cards" included so you won't run out of ideas!
