This is a set of five IKEA cushion covers. These covers are for the 50x50 cm inner cushions (700 yen/piece) sold at IKEA. I bought them to match the color of my sofa at home, but I replaced them soon after. One cover is unused. The other four covers in the image are also in excellent condition, having been used for only about a week with covers on them, and show no signs of wear.
