Nef Bauhaus Color Top. Design: Ludwig Hirschfeld-Mack (1893-1965) The Bauhaus Color Top is used by placing the included color card on top of the spinning top and spinning it. As the top spins, the visual effect creates new colors from the color card. This is a 1923 work by Ludwig Hirschfeld-Mack, who studied and led color theory at the Bauhaus from 1919 to 1926. Condition: Two cards have writing on them. Some are clean, but there is some wear on the edges. There are two small dents on the main body, although they are not noticeable from a distance.
