This is a mysterious plate. Judging from the engravings on the back, it appears to be from China or Taiwan, but I cannot be certain. It seems to be from the 19th or 20th century. There are two holes inside the foot ring, suggesting it may have been a commemorative item, perhaps made as a decorative plate. Observing its condition, it seems to have been actually used.
