The hanger is not included, only the dress. I purchased this item second-hand and stored it in a dark place without wearing it. Measurements are approximate due to being taken by a non-professional; the length is 79cm. The sleeves are made of a sheer material. The front ribbon is attached with safety pins, causing slight red discoloration around the area. This is mostly hidden by the ribbon itself (see images 7 and 8). Otherwise, there are no particularly noticeable stains or damage. Please understand that this is a second-hand item before purchasing. When shipping, I plan to use a plastic bag for waterproofing and then place it in an envelope.
