This is "Shagai," used in traditional Mongolian fortune-telling and games. Shagai refers to the ankle bones of livestock such as sheep, and has been treasured in Mongolia since ancient times as amulets, game pieces, and tools for divination. Shagai has four sides, each representing a different animal: "Horse, Camel, Sheep, and Goat." You can tell your fortune based on the sides that appear, and you can also play games using the four sides! They are small and cute, and are also recommended for display as interior decorations or amulets.
