Thank you for viewing my listing. This watch is a self-winding mechanical watch. The day, date, and 24-hour indicator all function. They are not dummies. The 24-hour indicator shows either the sun or the moon depending on the time. Is this what they call "sun and moon"? You can enjoy the movement of the mechanical watch, which is unique to mechanical wristwatches, through the small window at the 6 o'clock position and the skeleton back. You might find yourself staring at the watch, admiring its coolness, even when you just wanted to check the time. This item is unused, but because it is made overseas, there may be minor scratches. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. (I've looked it over carefully, and as far as I can see, it's very clean.
