DMC FINS ELITE MAX Color: Black, Size: MS I usually wear 26cm shoes. I bought these to use without fin socks. They are a bit tight, and the blades aren't too stiff. The opening is also soft, so they were fine even without socks. I think these would fit women who wear 23 to 24 cm shoes if they wear fin socks. Thank you.
