This is a Pletcher center stand. I was using it on a Surly Cross-Check with 40C tires. The original stand caused interference, so I used Surly spacers to install it. I will include those spacers as a set. The length is 290mm from the center of the axle. It can still be cut shorter. I used it for a month and a half, so I think the condition is good.
