This is a tank top dress with a tulle skirt. I believe I wore it only once. The waist has elastic, but it's loose and not constricting. The hem of the tulle skirt is raw-edged. The tank top doesn't have cups. I wore a T-shirt over the top. As for the length, I am 150cm tall, and the skirt hem reached around my knees. It has wrinkles because it was folded and stored in the closet, but I think it will be fine if you wash it.
