Selmer small in nickel silver ligature. I obtained this a few years ago on an auction site. I think it's a very rare item. It produces a pretty loud sound. It's a very tight fit on a Meyer mouthpiece. See photos 1 and 2. Photo 3 shows how it looks on a D'Addario mouthpiece. I've used it on S80, S90, D'Addario, and Theo Wanne NY Bros 2 mouthpieces.
