I haven't worn them much, and the soles aren't very worn, so I think they're in relatively good condition. There are no tears, but since everyone's perception differs, I've marked them as having some scratches and dirt. I've lost the outer bag, and there are no tags or size markings, so I couldn't take a photo to prove the size. However, my foot size is usually 24.5cm (wide feet, high instep, so maybe closer to 25cm), so I believe these are size 1, which corresponds to 24-25.5cm.
